WHO AM I?

Hi I'm Bri! I'm passionate about helping guide you towards the healthiest version of yourself! As someone who has struggled with autoimmune, immune, chronic illnesses, neurological disorders and various other health difficulties from a young age, it's important to me to help others create a healthy lifestyle despite one's health conditions.

I know exactly what it feels like to have all the odds against you and like you're starting from square one,

especially when it comes to health.

Credentials: I have a Bachelor's in Kinesiology: Exercise Science, have taken numerous certification courses, have training experience and background in various areas (some include stretch and flexibly therapy, holistic health and coaching, functional training, strength training, weightlifting, bodybuilding, muscle building, geriatrics, rehabilitation, disabilities, etc.), and have been officially personal training clients for 7+ years.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

This is a bespoke service where you have support and guidance from me, prices are completely dependent on each individual.

WHAT TYPES OF FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

Depends on your personalized workout program. Could be no equipment at all, at home gym equipment, or in a gym. All are options.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I EXERCISE PER WEEK?

You decide. You tell me how much time you have for training per week and what your goal is. Then we will make a plan so that the training fits into your routine in the best possible way.

CAN I TRAIN FROM HOME?

Of course you can! I can create a plan to your preferred location and to fit around your goals and lifestyle.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING?

All of my clients should expect to get a completely personalized experience with me along their fitness journey. For me it's about creating a relationship with all my clients in order to help them every step of the way towards achieving their goals. Clients shouldn't expect things to be numbers orientated or totally goal driven, I aim to create a lifestyle change with sustainable training through consistency.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME YOU WOULD RECOMMEND FOR DOING ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING?

This completely depends on the client, what their goals are and their current situation. However, keep in mind you are wanting to ensure the very best progress alongside building long-term sustainable habits.
